Silica gel packets provide an economical and effective way of protecting products against moisture damage during storage and transit. These food-grade packets are ideal for applications where direct or indirect contact with consumables may occur.

The silica gel works by adsorbing and trapping moisture from the air, lowering humidity and helping to prevent mould, condensation and spoilage in enclosed spaces. It can adsorb up to 40% of its weight in moisture while remaining dry to the touch. The silica gel performs effectively at temperatures up to 60°C, but works best at room temperature (20–35°C) and higher relative humidity (60–90% RH).
The packet material is made from high-quality Aihua paper, designed for food-grade applications. It is breathable, durable, and resistant to tearing while maintaining safety for use with food and pharmaceuticals.
