Refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund/exchange. Refunds will be issued in full, as money-back (not store credit), after the item has been received by us.

Due to the nature of desiccant, it is required that it is unopened, unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund/exchange.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us with your order number, and we will get back to you within 1 business day to arrange for a refund or exchange.
